Need help unfolding green ranger shield to foam.

I have a paper pep file for the green ranger shield and would like someone who is good at it to unfold it for a foam build. I don't want to use remove the tabs I want to use the fact that the foam is thick too. please let me know if you can help and I will send you the file thank you
