Need help identifying this TIE helmet from eBay

Anyone know where this helmet originated? At first, I thought it was Shepperton, but the mohawk wasn't nearly wide enough and the material doesn't have that really shiny ABS look that Shepperton uses. If anything, judging by the faceplate and teeth, it looks like an early RS.

Its not from Prop Store, its a replica of a Prop Store replica..
Sounds like The Vessel with the Pelsall I know.. but their Listing title is a little disingenuous if that's the case..
