Need help for a BORAT paper prop!

Hey everyone.

I came across the official invitation that 'Borat' sent to President Bush for the film's premiere. I'm recreating it (to have a cleaner print) but have run into a couple problem areas.

Does anyone know where I can find a higher-res version of the seal at the top (highlighted)? I'm also having trouble deciphering the words highlighted in the first paragraph.

Any help would be much appreciated. And of course, once it's done I'll post it for ppl that might want a copy. :thumbsup

Close, but not close enough for us 'proppers'...

I'll use it in the meantime though (since it is an official seal), but I would definitely rather use the exact seal.

Even if it's just a slightly higher res version, it would help. I could always just re-create it in Illustrator.

Well, here's my progress so far. There are a few things that need to be corrected:

-correct seal at top
-border
-slightly different font
-hand written 'George Bush' w/a BIC pen

The font I'm using is 'Fake Receipt'. I looked around for a more accurate font (compare the 'K's and 'A's) but had no luck. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know.

Hi res? not yet, but at http://www.boratmovie.com/index.html you can see that logo at the top left, which leads me to believe that it's the actual ministries logo
