Hey all, just found this site in the UK Ad Astra Masks
Was thinking they would be ideal for the large 'E1' markings. They are a decent price and look to do the trick well.

On the search for the decal front...
I put together the only bits I have of one area, not that it help much, but it might. One thing I noticed was that most of the underside decals were addd AFTER filming started. There's a shot in the film where you can clearly see far less decals.

All the panels are now cut for the prototype.
It would have been done a little sooner if I'd paid a little more attention and noticed that I cut on the wrong side of the line for all the pieces on one whole sheet! :facepalm

Anyway, here are all the parts cut and ready for assembly...

hey i have a studio scale narcissus replica at home,if you need any pixx let me know!!!i dont think that the my model is accurate as yours (thats for shure) but mybe it would help???mine is the aliens version!!!

Thanks Flo but it's a completely different model. Similar only in shape. The Alien one is smaller and more detailed. If you got one of the LFS castings you are lucky.... GA one not so much.

lol - no fear of that. I only put it on the pool table so I could lay it all out and make sure I had all the pieces done.
Back to the shed for the gluing! :lol

They also repaired the chipped corner of the removable underside panel.

I had a productive public holiday Monday :love

I have put together an acrylic version of the armature (pictured below), but details for both the acrylic and a steel versions will be supplied to allow you can make you own choice as to which version you go with.
