Late to the party but hey theres always need for more rebels right..

New challenge New journey which I am currently collecting parts for which include
Belt buckle
Flac buckle
Data sticks
Chestbox
Green webbing
New Jumpsuit
New Flac vest
I am going to be 3D printing a helmet and the data pad on the wrist and gadget that is attached to the gauntlets so let's see how that comes out.

I have been playing with a rather cool 3D image generator on Maker Lab which turns any 2D image into a STL file to then print.

So l bought an STL file of an Xwing pilot to print which I ended up using all my odd reels to print with.

Im using a Bambu A1 printer for this and so far its going great. I had to splice the helmet into four but with nice clean lines it fits together nicely..

June:

I used wood filler diluted to more of a slury and it works well to remove layer lines, I gave it a quick coat of primer to highlight rough spots and defects.

Waiting on a few soft parts after a disastrous purchase from Fleabay that looked great in the description..

Great project/helmet:cool::cool::love::love:
Thanks its still rough as a cats **** ATM
But no layer lines so thats a start.

On the inside I used CA glue then a soldering iron to weld the seams tight.
For added strength I heated and sank metal washers so now even if its dropped it shouldn't break..
