Thanks Chuck! :thumbsup
O...but I think the pulls look rather soft in comparison to Gino's old kits, which is a shame.
If you had a V3 kit right next to a V2 kit, you would see that the V3 is not softer at all. They are the same. In fact, due to the way the hdpe forms/cools, many details are quite sharper. In other words they reflect details found on the original helmets.
Also, the cap/back is exactly the same level of sharpness as the screen used donor helmet it was cast from (the Brian R).
The one area that does appear softer is the crease line that follows along the cheek tubes. However if you study the original screen used helmets, you will see that they do not create a sharp crease like we are used seeing on fan made styrene/abs helmets (which is inaccurate).
Our eyes are so used to seeing styrene/abs helmets that possess incorrect details that when we see something more correct it almost looks wrong.
But if there has ever been a more accurate fan made ANH background helmet, I would love to see it.
PS, all the people who I have seen express negative comments have of course been those I've had negative history with or are their friends. Big surprise.
Regardless, I'm completely happy with the results and look forward to building up more in different styles.

It truly is the closest thing to having a screen used helmet which has been my goal for as long as I can remember.
