The Hero one can be opened to to install lights. Held together by 4 N45 neodymium magnets (screws are fake)

In this pic, I just put a cheap ballon led inside.

And now for some pics of screen used ones for comparison:

Thanks for looking!

I'm a fan, and your AG's look really cool. I love that you made a stunt and a hero version.

Did you make the stunt for something to wear at a con without wincing every time it falls off? :)

thank you, everybody!

TBH, I consider GQ one of the BETTER TREK movies :)

Oh, and I also finshed these:

Next on my work bench:

scratching a hero vox

nebulizer, vox and protector by pegasus models

Well, I made another one (the others found a good home)

(click for larger pics)

It is held securely with 4 neo magnets

and even features running lights!

(I'll post a short video tomorrow)

I tried to loosely replicate this version:

THis is my favorite so far!

A couple years back I was going to offer parts made from a 3D printed master but I reconsidered thinking there would be a lack of interest.
jpigs of the file.

Those renderings are great!

You right, there isn't that much interest.

The main reason for making them myself was the fact that no one was offering them.

Next to to clip you can see a (non working, but pressable) micro switch in the accurate place. If you watch the movie, you can see clearly Sarris pressing the button to change into the Tony Shaloub character.

The screws are also fake.

Just like the others, it is held in place by 4 neodymium magnets:

I thought that a Appearance Generator should actually do something, so I added a small, but effective blinking circuit. The silver tape inside magnifies the effect. It's even quite bright and visible in daylight. The switch to turn it on is in the middle.

To change batteries or to replace the circuit, it is held in place - again - with magnets

I hope you like it!

PS: once I figure out how to post a short film clip, I will show the effect.
