This is awesome! You have inspired me to try making my own Gambit costume now (albeit a cheaper and easier version). I will probably just buy a really cheap Roman soldier Halloween costume chest-plate and paint it the right colour though, your foam method is too awesome for me to even attempt!
That chest is awesome and im definitely gonna try your method to make my robin costume for next halloween but quick question, you think that same method could be used to make arm pieces? Anyways thanks for providing the info dude and great work!

--I just used a 4mm EVA foam for the armor build. For the mask/headgear, I used a 2mm EVA foam.Dude that looks really cool!
Hah all fanboy, by the way i wanted to ask, whatd you use for the foam? Im guessing mats but i cant be sure since all i can find locally is small sheets
