This is the attitude of why MR will feel comfortable for "getting away" with a quick & dirty resolution.

It's disappointing and unfortunately will lead to more MR defections. If you don't like the item or the quality wasn't really controlled, clearly returning it makes sense. Not paying the extra few bucks to reprint a missing plaque is unconscionable.

It is just a #, Life is too short to get an ulcer over it, thay was why I sold my Special OP's spot last year, I was tired of waiting, I moved on and I feel much better because of it.

Again not knocking you, you just need to move on.
