My large x wing prop build ☺

this is my paint of choice grey dove Johnsons its worked well

so onto the nxt phase my x wing from 1980 has a orangey strip down the sides of it it doesnt have red like the red on the wings like u see in some of the films which a couple of them have red with gaps too i have copied my original toy. so i happen to have a close enough orange at my home so i have gone with it. ☺

the orange is slightly rough looking there but dont worry i will fix that

ive used the orange i had left from bb8 it works fine and saves money if i wanted to i could change paintwork anytimr its making the x wing thats the hard part

and the other sides strip is applied time to neaten it up

masking tape cannot be underestimated so handy bloody annoying when it sticks to itself tho but that shows its sticky strength.
along with a pencil, a rubber, bunches of wood, my drill and jigsaw and boxes of screws id be lost without it all lol.

It's not Gona be Near the level of that falcon group build but as longs its epic I'm gonna be happy sofa king .
I do harbour the passion for making a life size falcon cockpit though one day but I would need help
