Really nice work on this kookoo! Can you fill us in on the build process? What techniques did you use, reference material, and all that?

synasp thanks ,I can post in JY but last time I'm not post in JY cause I don't have time to made for sell but now I've time to made it .I already post in JY .
For material I used normal fiberglass but for firs layer of resin I put Talcum ( it mane that my suplyer told but I'm not sure about real name I will find and post later ) serface it will be white and smooth like in pic

after a bit sans serface I send to chrome by Vacmetal like I used my Mc Qu C3PO .For eys I paint white on clear lens just only rim of eye cause it will hide LED and you can see from center of eye and attach spong inside .I used sponf that already attach fabric inside

I pic you will see battery pack and I hide blue LED under spong 4 LED at side of eyes.Hope It will have idea .I'm very happy to share idea.
