My Injustice/Origins Deathstroke Costume WIP (PIC HEAVY)

thankyou so much guys.!

I really appreciate it...

im hoping to add the webbing/elastic to them today,
just wondered if anyone has any ideas of what i could use as bullet/shotgun shells...

u can try lipstick cases or if u wanna go cheaper, go to the dollar store and find a pack of thick markers. pull them apart and saw em up to the size u want em and then the paint job will do

Hey Guys, I attached some elastic to the shoulders (to hold the shells) then i thought id try to make them out of thick NERF darts... i filled the centre with sticks, then hot-glued it all in place... I used PVA glue for about 3-4 layers, then went with Red and Gold to look like shells.... all i need to do now is clear lacquer them.

Watcha think?10335605_10152055289701283_1242299035_o.jpg10344964_10152055289686283_1139229229_n.jpg10364667_10152055289696283_1485617279_n.jpg

I am quite a big fan of Deathstroke and Batman and I am definitely looking forward to see what comes next I might even use some of the ideas for a future build.

Hey guys, thankyou all so much for your inspiring comments...

Sorry I haven't posted in a while, been busy with other tasks and commitments...

Anyway, i managed to get some more bits done today...

Firstly, I've got part of the belt and pouches done (I know they're not the visually accurate ones, but I like them, :) I also managed to make the sheath for the sword, again I know its not perfect, but for a first attempt i cant really complain...

Secondly, I started the gauntlets, the pictures aren't the best, but its still never rough, im hoping to add more PVA and paint this weekend.

Nice work, Dec! The suit looks very practical, and relatively comfortable as well. And of course, you definitely got the character look down. Nice touch with the eye-patch as well. Looks like you had fun and got some excellent feedback!

Nice sheath! Loving your build.

You good sir helped me to get started with my own deathstroke sword, I saw those foam swords couple days back and wondered can I use them somehow, stay awesome!
