Been building the next to the last batch of PKEs. Most of these boards will be fitted into shells by me:

The boards at the top left are extras which I've been populating with spare components. Those will go on sale sometime in the next month or so.

The wire harnesses are slightly improved over the originals. Instead of a separate harness for every led and touch switch, I combined them all into just three harnesses. Two for the touch switches and their leds, and one for the mode switch leds.

Another improvement is to the wing harnesses which I forgot to include a photo of. Those are all assembled and they now have connectors on both ends. I originally put a connector on only one end because I was concerned about clearance inside the PKE. I was afraid if I put a connector on the wing it would collide with the chips. And even though I don't think that would be an issue after all, to be absolutely certain I decided to slim the board down by soldering the chips directly into the board instead of seating them in sockets.

Hey guys,

I finally finished the RGB trap, and here are some photos of it!

I left it primed only because the buyer wanted to paint it himself, but it's not far off from how I would have painted it, and I think it looks good this way. It was originally going to be based on how it looked in the promo video for the cartoon where the guys wore tan jumpsuits, and the trap was grey in that.
