Nice! Thats about how my first one looked with all the hot glue strings. For my last two prototypes of a custom model I used super glue. I feel like it was much faster than the hot glue, and gives a cleaner finished product. I would occasionally glue my finger to the paper but its easy to pull off, much more preferable to having burnt fingers.

Coming on nicely, Tank! You might also want to experiment with builder's quality PVA. I'd always thought it was slow drying like the stuff at school. but the building quality PVA grips very quickly, in a matter of seconds, and has a strong bond.
