My First Silicone Bust! American Werewolf...

What can I say this is outstanding work! You are the best in all of London! I wish I could put a vacuum hose in your head and suck out all your talent and then pump into me just to feel your greatness! You are the pontiff of scultping.

WOW WOW, Howard:love:love:love:love:love:love:love

We thought we had seen the best side from you, but you never seem to stop amaze my friend. Fantastic work, this makes me even more exited to see the Indiana Jones bust.:love

Welcome back:thumbsup

Thanks everyone for the kind words!!

I hope to have my Indy Sculpture done soon... been very busy with a few projects and getting this one done took me many many hours. He'll be next up...

:wacko

I didnt know you could improve apon perfection... But the look of the silicone adds that little extra touch of realism.

Awesome as usual Howard, cant wait to see the Harrison/indy bust done up in silicone! :love

That's what I like so much about the silicone, you really have more depth in the translucent nature of the material :) I'm 100% hooked on silicone now!

Great job :) The hair alone is a task in itself!

Boy, you aren't kidding that hair work is a task! I had an idea, but once I was on my third day of punching I started going loopy :D Thank God for some of it being fabric... I would have given up if it was all punched!!

Wow. Simply wow. Color me impressed. :)

(And what's this about a female sculpt? )

Like Jeff said, I have to get some 'girls' in there too ;) I have a few up my sleeve right now...

It's funny, every time I scrolled down through the pictures, I kept expecting to see further preogressions of the transformation, almost like the darn thing was real :lol.

There are very few scultpures out there that throw me off (as far as realism), but this is definitely one of them.

The other, for the record, is your Frankenstein's monster that Camper painted up to look like the painting. That one still gives me headaches when I try to accept it as a 3d sculpture, and not a picture.

(y)thumbsup:thumbsup

I have to say... female busts can only be done in silicone...:lol

Phil, I noticed your Avatar... where in the world is he? Looks great from what I see ;)

My wife would kick me out of the house if I started making full-sized girls in silicone :lol

Wow!

Congratulations on your first silicone bust. In my mind's eye, as I stared at one of the pics, I started to see it move. :lol Awesome!!!

Simply stunning Howard. :thumbsup Really looking forward to your IJ bust now that I've seen your silicone work.

Cheers,
Jeff

Unbelievable, Howard. What an incredible gift you have, and what an astonishing job you've done of developing it.

He aint ready yet bud... I'll be posting him when the time is right though. However, I'm really looking forward to your new Indys big reveal with your new found skills with silicone :love

It looks beautiful...if a werewolf CAN look beautiful ;)
You really captured the feel of the character...

I remember being amazed by Rick Bakers work in that film...well and countless others after that of course.

It's like any second he is going to POP his eyes open and howl!!! SIMPLY AWESOME!!!!!
