looks really close to me! There are minor differences between what's on the dental screw and Franklin gothic, but it's also engraved on metal and it's tiny!For the font maybe something like Franklin Gothic but without the tail on the G?

Got it! Just need some more time to work on it.A few more tweaks.
And in general, get rid of the sharp edges, The spikes are slightly rounded as well as the spaces between them. Although a lot of the fine detail might be lost depending on the manufacturing process you use.
