I'm not sure of the serie, but I'm pretty sure it might be an AT&T phone....

Edit:

I just found this Nomad version of the AT&T brand which is fairly similar...

Pretty sure I have one of these torches in the background at home. The black one with orange panels at the top. Has a flashing light in the top that makes the orange panels flash, and a fluorescent tube on the side. If memory serves me correctly it's a Duracell one.
