My Back to the Future collection [Real Guess jacket P48]

So this little short video of Emma meeting Elijah Wood went quite viral.
Was randomly scrolling through shorts on FB and saw it, with over half a million views. I see the tiktok one has over 600k views.
Not bad for such a little quick video I'd say.
Haha yeah, it's so weird, I really was NOT expecting this! I guess most people had no idea he was in BTTFII!

OMG Emma, I remember reading this thread like 10 years ago and thinking you had the best BttF collection ever. I love that it's STILL going and looking better than ever!

LOVE your collection! Such a perfect movie!
Thank you SO much! It has definitely slowed down, but still very much remains my main collection haha

Hey guys, so managed to score another Guess jacket with the leather more intact and went with the process of dying the leather... I am quite happy how this turned out, gives the look of the jacket even tho it would be more accurate to use jeans, what do you think? Should I just leave it at that, or should i go ahead and just replace it with jeans? Knowing I'll have to give it to someone and pay since I wouldn't know how to do this haha

Hey guys!

So after quite the debate, decided to mod the jacket! Quite happy how it's turning out. Only got the buttons to add, but awaiting on the correct selex ones.

I am still debating on the size and location of the paisley pocket, even tho we got some pictures on the Hollywood lining thread, I am still having a hard time to figuring it out.

I think the lining in general looks pretty good, might have to pull it a little more to the left:

I do think the entire back is full on Hollywood lining, but I do like keeping on the branding of the jacket, so thinking of leaving the back lining with the motorbike and the Guess patch on the pocket! What would you guys do?

Wee update on my real Guess jacket:

Re-used the buttons that were originally on the leather patches, lightened up the blue and the darker jeans was also a vintage 80s George Marciano Guess jacket, so everything is 100% Guess apart from the Hollywood and paisley lining, but really happy how it turned out!
I know it's not screen accurate to keep the Guess logo on the pocket and I am pretty sure the Hollywood lining was going across the entire back but I really wanted to keep what originally identified the Guess jacket.

I've also given a good clean on the buttons but keep forgetting how effective brasso is haha, but most of the buttons were almost pitch black so might give it a little vinegar and salt lotion to bring back the vintage brass, but I do like the clean buttons!

That was the jacket prior modifications:
