Question Multiple threads in Junkyard? (answered)

I'm not sure of the protocol but if someone is selling multiple items in the Junkyard, should they all be in the same thread? The reason I ask is I've just been in the Junkyard and there are over 10 threads from the same seller. Is that the accepted protocol?

It is in fact, a rule

CLASSIFIEDS FORUMS

JUNKYARD - for selling READY TO SHIP items ONLY.

Each thread may contain a single item for sale or a group of items being sold together for a single price (if you later decide to offer the items individually, mark the thread as SOLD and start new threads for each individual item).

I am sure he was referring to my multiple items for sale :lol
I recall this old days of having all items in one big thread, but this new format is very refreshing and so easy to manage individually :)

I'm not a huge fan of the JY being over run by one seller selling multiple items. Having the entire first page show only items from one seller is kind of frustrating. But it's the rule now and when I get my items for sale photographed I'll do the same thing.

It was definitely a trade off that was created by the new format, but with the removal of the project run and WTB threads (and the ease of browsing by image), we felt that even with the resulting increase in threads, it would still be considerably easier to browse through the offerings. I think that because of the use of images, members are much more likely to go through multiple pages than they were when it was just thread titles.
