Hello

I am desperatelytrying to get my Mr Silver from Treasure Planet as accurate as possible (I amaware it is from a cartoon) but I feel it will be amazing if it can be pulledoff

This is what I havecurrently, but I currently have a better gauntlet on Etsy, and I desperatelywant to try and get some cogs on the side of his head replicated

I had the brilliantidea of potentially using a Lego Technic/mechanic set with the electronic motorand moving cogs, but the one I purchased(hopefully the video works) is too bulky, the cord doesn't stretch, and it takes 3C batteries, which makes itincredibly heavy.

I wanted to asksomeone who may have more electronic knowledge than I have, if a lighter oneexists, that I can buy, and can be (somehow) easily attached to my head, whichworks silently, and has enough stretch. Or even use a train engine moving

I am not too sure

Hopefully if I couldrequest an electrical expert who remembers the movie, or anyone's help inachieving this it would be greatly appreciated

I've been working on this same costume for several years, I 3D printed a few of those pieces, got some gears from the scrapbooking section at hobby lobby.

I took the electric motor out of a CD player to use for mine, got it put together, but a few of the pieces broke so it didn't work quite right. Since then I've mostly been working on the arm and how to get the hand to switch with a sword.
