Google Translate comes in handy, but how am I supposed to "被Reru is not so old" when there is a bar in the helmet?! :lol

I always wondered why a collector would choose a particular helmet over another

Well, it makes sense that you would wonder that since you can't seem to settle on just one :lol

Awesome pic, by the way! I've got nothing that can compete with that...
:confused :eek :love

When I originally purchased this, there was NO evidence that the inner bar was ever present and removed.
Also, the fin was completely broken off at the seam and had to be refitted to the helmet which may account for how it looks now.
We did a lot of restoration work to it as it was heavily damaged when I bought it.
It appears to be made with some type of black plastic with fiberglass layerd overtop.
I had to do considerable restoration, including slimming down the eyes.
Like I said, the true lineage of the helmet is a mystery to me, but nonetheless, I am completely happy with it and I wanted to share it with you guys. I did all the paint work myself (my first time painting my own prop) and I am quite pleased with the overall look.
I know there is a lot of debate out there when it comes to these helmets, so I will just stick to the fact that I am happy with it regardless of where it came from.
