It's a nice helmet. Good padding inside. The only complain I have is that it does not have a edgeroll on the bottom of the helmet, and the respirators are only stickers, not real metal grills. Otherwise, it's nice.

I heard the Special Ops are starting to be shipped this week.

I got my Star Corps last week and was really impressed

Benkenove - Thanks mate. It'll be interesting to see their OT helmets but as far as the Clone's concerned imo they hit the nail on the head.

btw The white one is the only one I didnt go for - are you going to weather/customise yours?

Ummmm... good question Jez... I dont know yet... I must think about it, but I wont deciede anything till I get it and see it... But I think I wont be bravee enought to "stain" it ... I think it will look too pretty to "dust. it.

In any case, I will let you know.

I had the change to get the red one too, but I let it go ... should I regret for that *-).

P.S. Jez, soon I will have my ANH completed, I will show it to you then . I guess you´ll like it . Thanks for your help, once again .

Mine arrived today. I'm not a Star Wars collector, but when I first saw this thread, something about this helmet said to me "get one, NOW." So it's here and I'm very pleased to add it to my collection. Quality is fantastic.

you just paid 400 bucks for a clone trooper helmet... you ARE a star wars collector now.

youve just taken your first step into a larger world, one that will cause loss of money and space in your house, not to mention, loss of a girlfriend or possibly a wife.

You know, I should have been more specific, let me rephrase it this way, "I'm not a Star Wars HELMET collector". As I do have a MR Training Remote and a MR Medal of Yavin, and I think a MR Luke ANH Saber. OH S*&T, I AM A STAR WARS COLLECTOR. B)

My diminutive (CGI accurate with some variance) excellent Shocktrooper limited display helmet arrived today. The red is somewhat more muted than I expected, but I'm certain it's CGI/Movie accurate as well. The mohawk appears both consistent with movie and advertising. QC on paint looks good as well. Great job MR. Sorry for the amateur pics. Spec Ops version inbound.

When I saw the plaque in the first picture, I thought, "Hmm, the glare is obscuring the serial number. I can only make out the 9."

Then I saw the clear shot of the plaque in the second picture...

Is MR letting people know that theirs shipeped???? I ordered one but have got no notice what so ever. MR reps???? Some help please. I checked my account and it shows my order number and the cost but nothing else.

They are suppose to be, I hadn't gotten a notification on my helmet shipping either, but i have gotten 2 emails to tell me my elite saber has shipped.. one was a week or 2 ago and another a couple days ago..

I have ordered from MR and was in the club last year. I have never received a single email from them period. I see on the order history page for me though that this cleared my credit card on the 13th so I am hoping it will be here soon

I have gotten two emails about mine to update the creditcard info and such but as of now its still showing it as preorder/sold out.

Fantastic helmet.......I'm not a huge fan of the Ep 3 lids....but this one looks great. :thumbsup
