"Iron Giant"
"Bean the Movie", "Bean's Holiday"
All of the Indy and Star Wars movies.
"Amadeus"
"Hot Rod"
"Airplane" Parts I&II
"Top Secret"

"Kick-Ass" My RPF editorial.... Every time I see this movie it gets better. I'll be damned if the Hit Girl rescue scene and it's aftermath don't give me goosebumps and make me misty-eyed every time. The statement of "Three a-holes, laying into one guy while everybody else watches? And you wanna know what's wrong with me? Yeah, I'd rather die... so bring it on!" might be might my favorite line a superhero has ever proclaimed, especially coming from a wannabe at the end of a knife after just healing from a previous stabbing. Epic.

I've seen pieces of some films a few hundred but NEVER a whole film hundreds of times.

There are just a lot of moments in films I like to replay digitally.

The chase of Ichabod by the Headless Horseman from Disney's version of "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow." Way scarier than Burton's version. This was a ghost, no kidding! Terrifying looking down into an empty neck area like that!

The lightsaber duel from The Empire Strikes Back. Still by far my favorite saber battle. Like the film it's from, it has an operatic atmosphere that just wasn't recaptured in the succeeding movies.

Luke taking down an Imperial walker with a hand grenade.

The original animated Superman short from 1941. Superman beats back a laser by literally punching at particles of the beam.

Luke taking on Jabba's sail barge by himself in Return of the Jedi. Probably the best choreographed action sequence in the entire film.

The space battle in Return of Jedi. Literally hundreds of ships and fighters blasting away at each other and in careening dogfights at high sublight speed. The best space battle I've seen in any film or TV series, period.

There's more but those are the highlights.

Close Encounters
One flew over the Cookoos nest
The Shining
Empire Strikes Back
Shawshank redemption
Alien
Jaws
Sexy Beast
The Blues Brothers
The Wizard of Oz

This is my desert Island DVD collection (if it was 10 only)
