Monogram Pegasus

I found two pics that I thought were lost. I do not have the kit anymore. I built this Monogram of Japan kit in 93. There were blinking 10 mil optics on the floor of the runways and 0.20 optics for the windows. I corrected the middle leg before there was an aftermarket kit to do so.

I wish I never sold this kit :cry

Thank you. That was a fun project. No white or cool white led's in 91 ( that were easy to get any way ) so the engine lights were krypton 1.5V bulbs and a super brite red led in the center.

The very back plate came off to change the lights if needed.

Before that I did the 1/72 Drop ship....that was the kit that bot me back into building in 90.

Now that is a compliment....Phase Pistol wins the used cat box and a picture of the cat who did it! :confused

Wow! I never knew that they made a Pegasus model! That looks really great! I still have a spot in my heart for the TOS Battlestars. The new one just hasn't impressed me. But thats just my preference. Nice build!

Thank you and I agree the new Battlestar is cool but it does not have the 'flair' that the TOBSG hase. Now the Vipers and the RAPTOR....THOSE! are cool ships! :eek

Pegasus model?....I could be wrong but I'm sure that in the original series all the Battlestars were alike? I just used the Pegasus decals and I weathered it a bit more as the Pegasus was mainly a 'combat' ship.
