Mold making question?

As some of you guys know I am currently working on a Lycan costume from the Underworld trilogy and now the head sculpt is finished. I am now ready to mold it up, to take future silicone casts from. I plan on only casting the face and head in silicone as the body and neck will be made of latex.

So my question is what is the best process to make a mold to take silicone? This is a new area for me and I am at a loss on how to approach this next step, I need your help guys.
