I have a hard time believing that is vacuumformed. Not in a bad way, it's just freaking awesome! Truly amazing. Not perfectly accurate, but the best vac formed halo suit I've ever seen. Production quality is just through the roof!! It's so freaking awesome! I don't even know what to say. Are you on the 405th.com?

The helmet seemed the easiest to sculpt around a real motorcycle crash helmet...there is one inside the vacformed outer shell.

By the way, you'll need to be 6'4" to wear the suit properly. It is about 6'7" with the helmet on. I'm a good 8" too short.

Not sure if it's the pose but my initial first thought was that it was a female (master cheif) suit having never played Halo 3.

The helmet was sculpted in two halves (dumb idea) in a medium chavant:

Fibreglass formers were taken from the moulds:

The cheeks were detailed:
