I've got a bit of catching up to do in this thread.... I'll try to get better detail pictures posted soon, along with a suit-up.
Loose ends getting tied up/ tweaked this weekend:
Rear electronics placement; wiring runs along the shoulder frame (foam padding removed right now) to the control panel in front.

Helmet LED power mounted in the neck.

Pic of the hand actuator. Squeezing the handles articulates the fingers, while twisting rotates the wrist. The repulsors can also be switched from here as well.

Here's a video to give a better idea of the arm actuation. The combination adds nearly 2 feet to the arm reach, I think the wrist actuation really helps the illusion that a real hand could be down there. (Yeah, the video is like 46Mb, so no upload, here it is on Youtube)
