Mini vacuum forming help

Well I'm thinking of making a mini vacuum former for making the eyes for my Cad Bane masks I'll be selling, and some dentures for the masks aswell.

Anyone have some plans or ideas? I already have a vacuum pump and I'm thinking of using a modded toster for the oven.

Please give me some tips.

Can't go wrong for 12.45 used.

There is a huge section on vacuforming.

Yes that oven would work I am sure it gets to 350 deg....but I don't think you need it.If you have a home oven all you need is the vacuum former
spend the $24 dollars towards the vacuum former.
Try this link to the same as modman06 posted $99 for the
former minus the $24 you wanted to put into the oven.
Plus it will come wit plastic.

This is what I want!

There is a guy who sells upgrades like instead of the hand pump vacuum an adapter hose for a home vacuum. Also a smaller grating to get finer detail and a metal plate that helps warm up the plastic. It has a heating element inside and it's a bit bigger than than the dentist vacuums at a fraction of the cost.

I don't know why I haven't bought one yet!

If I do end up buying one I think for the price I'll get this one:

Is it any good?

That one looks interesting instead of sucking the air out of
a closed box, the bottom is open.So the vacuum is created
right at the platen on the underside! Looks nice the frame work that holds the plastic looks to be metal as well, that's always a plus when heating the thicker plastics.Hey give it a shot then let us know how it works if you pick it up!
