I think the shape is perfect, you have mastered his face which makes the whole thing brilliant. Personally I don't like the shape of the head in TASM2, the shell he wears under the suit makes his head look massive! But this is class, it really captures the Spider man look. Awesome.

Best photo I could find that matches the shot of your mask above.
I think you are missing a line of horizontal webbing across the top half of the mask? I count four on yours (not counting the circular webbing between the eyes on the movie suit and your) and there are five on the movie suit.
You could probably lower the horizontal webbing closest to the middle and insert one more line of webbing across.
Other than that I think it is perfect.

Eh never mind. I realised that the movie suit photo is looking down so the angle reveals the fifth horizontal webbing. Your mask is perfect. :love

I took a picture with MCL34N himself at Salt Lake Comic Con with him in the full TASM 2 get-up! It's even BETTER in person, it's like he stole one of the costumes off set almost! It's fantastic!

Here's a good look at the mask. I took this picture myself. It's a little bit askew, but that's perfectly understandable since he was taking it on and off in between people wanting pictures, lol.
