Thanks for sharing! Not only was that completely heartwarming, it also offers a really great look at the new suit from many angles.
That deep red color is just insane.

Man, how great is William Spencer? You can hear the audio of some of their conversation and see some slightly extended shots of the movie suit in this one, and you can tell how he's really listening and being generous to Justin, not infantilizing him or anything. Just a great guy. Lots of Spideys can pose for pics, but how many can demonstrate their powers with a soaring leap and picture-perfect landing?

Hahaha, yea that's not Garfield, that's William Spencer, his main skating and stunt double. Awesome dude.

MCL34N, I've seen this on the set a few times and I want to know. What are they using that is fabric but resembles a face mask when on? It's like a black lining

i think there is a face shell being used in the bottom picture as if you look closely around the eyes there seems to be 2 different shades of red. then again i may be wrong

I'm not sure. I've seen video of him just put it on his head, with no face shell and it fits just like that. I'll look for it

Really like the shell. Reminds of the mask/helmet concept they had in the Making of Spider-Man movie book. It was supposed to be a translucent mask/helm hybrid. Very cool.

If I'm not mistaken that is before a scene where he's required to take off his mask, so obviously a face shell couldn't be used. Even then there seems to be some sort of structure near the forehead and above area.
