Final Update

A few Talons, fixed together, gaps filled, primed.

Base coat, several layer of brilliant white. Was thinking about an off white, but figured the weathering later would discolour it anyways.

Masked off the areas that needed to stay white (this took a long bloody time on the first gun, but half as long on the 2nd one, I got my **** together and focused!) Couple of layer of black and de-masked.

Masked off again for the yellow band and used adhesive vinyl to create the stencil.

All looking a little clean for my liking. time for some weathering. Layer up the dark colours in the recesses and a couple of grime washed, some metallic drybrushing and it looking pretty damn good.

Very nice work. I build with mdf the same way also. Just started using sintra though. I might try your molding method. Kinda did the same thing with mdf instead of foam core but it was a pain, your way looks way easier. How much silicone you use for that mold, 1 gallon kit or less?

Yeah it worked out great, definitely recommend the method.

For styrene? there are many. I use Stockline Plastics.
