Marvins Gun

I got a Neca Marvins Gun from HGTG. The handle is broken but I fixed that how ever I need to putty it to hide the seam. I know that since it was broken and glued that the value is gone so this is my question what color is it in the movie? This thing is an ugly cream color. Any help on this would be great.

i just checked the dvd for you...it actually is a very light cream...just a shade or so darker than white...weird though..because i could have sworn it was like an ipod white....if you want i can get you a screen grab...skott

It makes sense. Pure white photographs/films very badly (remember those bad 80's music videos?), so most "whites" on camera are really not.

kind of like how in the design art marvin was very much "ipod white" (which is probably why i thought the gun was)...but in the movie he was a kinda silvery white....skott

I think he's actually a kinda pearlescent colour, so his perceived colour will change depending on the exact viewing angle and lighting conditions...

Well, after looking around a bit trying to figure out what to do I went with Brite White
then I replaced all the screws with real ones and drilled out the barrel.
