hi i'm pretty new to the RPF and i was looking at the thread. these files are amazing i feel like giving a go at it even though i have no experience usin pepakura whatsoever. i was wondering though, do the shotgun armor pieces interlock like the ones in this concept image?

Since that is a concept image, it's not really accurate to the film version. I don't think the film version interlocks like that picture.

i think this is the hypervelocity flight mode of the suit, which they didn't show in the film. . .the plates on the bicep and forearms is i think somewhat interlock in place with the thigh and the chest

Well then, I may be mistaken, maybe (and hopefully!) it can!

Oh and something I noticed, the neck in that photo looks a lot like the Mark 4/6 Abs! lol

To be honest I did not model it to interlock.. I have not tried to do so but it might be possible.

it does look like it might interlock.. i was looking at the image and the shoulders seem to higher on the concept than the movie armor.. i think i might give it a shot

Hey that interlocking looks insane but it's probably for supersonic speeds like in IronMan 1 but that would make him unable to steer the suit ( practically) because that's what the hand repulsers or flight stablizors are for....
