It seems like you could also use Tony's inner working for the Mark II as a base for this suit. Here's some screenshots:

Right now I am working on Igor.. I will more than likely be jumping between that one and the Hammerhead suit.. I want to do Bones the Mark 41 but as of right now I will be workin on that one slowly.

Thanks for the pics.., Ya I have been looking at his thread... Some really good work.. That game model is also a good reference but the helmet looks nothing like the movie. I think I will so something in the middle because we do also have to wear the armor too. I will just make the model then see how I will mod it for us to wear

I think if you use the same technique as your Shotgun torso (having the extra pieces underneath to rest on your shoulders), it would work for Igor. Also, Igor stands up fully in the movie (when holding up the container thing), meaning the crouch he has in in the photos is not as tall as he gets, so he still has average human proportions.

Back to Bones for a second, I noticed that there are many similarities with the helmet to the Iron Patriot Helmet [red circles (obviously)]

Wide Forehead:


Ears and grooves in mask (Patriot helmet is screenshot of Darkside501st's pep file):


If you have or are going to design an Iron Patriot helmet, you could base it off the Bones helmet or vice versa.

Here's what I'm doing with the Mark 40 templates - I will be starting a thread as soon as I start the biceps and shoulders. I love this suit.... great job BSD!
