As promised to all that interested in MOS display .
Heres some update on the my sculpture MOS display mannequin so far , i still have a lot more to learn on human anatomy and muscles . Still working on final details before its ready for molding .... and i cant wait to have this painted up in black and silver / chrome , and suit him up ...
Let me know what do u think , and i hope u guys like it . :rolleyes

Than u must work really hard at the Gym .
Thanks . No worry cause , i will separate the parts as same like mannequin , so the box wont be so huge , and it will be much lighter of weight .

I've made all wearable suit so far..... For display suit, U won't need the muscle shading silver under suit. But need the silver / chrome and black painted on the mannequin.

I wont say it easy to get a body like that as it takes a hell of alot of physical effort but its possible to get one alot quicker when its your job, you have an entire team behind you planning your training and diet. I read at one point Henry was consuming 5 or 6 thousand calaroies a day at one point in his prep, that alone takes up alot of your day and hard work. I tried doing something close to his workout regime and diet but with a full time job it isn't possible to fit it all in.

Exactly. When it is not your job it takes time to get a superhero physique.
With a family and a full time job it is hard. But nothing is impossible either.
You just have to be happy with as much as you can do.:thumbsup
