Hmmmm. I am not sure why this is being advertised as 'Custom Fit' when the seamstress has to take the custom measurements and set fit it to the buyer? However, still great chainmail work. Second colour is pretty close, but still not a solid pewter. Good stuff!

I actually tried few kinds of different glue , been told that theres one great quality fast dry Super glue that many used for Spidey webbing and TDK armor . But with no luck i cant find it in my place , so i glue my armor pieces with Clear Epoxy glue , and it works fine ...
Estimate the turn around time for a suit is 4- 6 weeks after deposit confirmed . I will send u a body measurements Chart , Pls measure your body parts carefully , and will start the sewing work .

Suit will be made according to each buyers body measurements so it fits perfectly on the body .

Hmm...... i think its better to post this to the run thread ...
Anyway , ill try my best to show u and answer all your question as well .
My silver Undersuit is a 4 way stretch and its very stretchy , about same as lycra . But the material that i choose is quite thick as well due to the quality of the layer of shinny silver surface . I have another silver suit material which more thinner than this , but after stretch alot , it will damage the silver surface layer . So i rather choose this thick one . Also when it sewn together with the blue chainmail suit , both material combined and become more durable and quality suits .
About the shoe . I sewn zip at both side of the boots , and the foots area sewn it like shoe shape , so that allow me to insert the shoe inside than glue a layer of out sole . Here are the shoe that i will choose to put inside : First pics was the shoe that used on the Spiderman movie suit . 2nd and 3rd pic , shoes that i found online . Its men casual wear shoe .

The better way is to glue the armor pieces direct to the suit , some parts may work with Velcro , but im afraid it will not look that good as my armor parts not as thin layer and soft as urethane . So it depends on body height and size , so with correct adjustment on the wearer's body to glue down , it will look as perfect . Some pics of my slim and short mannequin to display this suit . This mannequin was less than 6 foot . My buddy created all the armor parts based on a 6' tall of mannequin body . Which means my armor parts shall fit from 6' and above by just connecting all pieces together . So for the person body less than 6 foot , same as my mannequin display height . Some parts need to re adjust or just trim off some parts and re connect it . Here are some pics , as u can see the waist armor i d idnt connect it to the place , but adjust it abit higher . Also u can see the belt buckle , i may need to trim it and place it higher .

Any thoughts on how you are going to do the silver part of the suit, yet? Is it simply going to be silver lycra with no black effects or musculature? Curious because I would want to achieve something similar to the actual suit effect (i.e. getting rid of the dreaded lycra "blur"). No reason my physique can't be where Cavill was by end of the summer, but the undersuit was built to enhance his muscles and create the effect of actually having them (and those awesome arm veins) under the lycra and glissnet. In that case, it might be better not to have the silver suit attached....?
Still thinking this through. Oh, and some of us might desire a slight height enhancement (I'm about an inch short), so the option to have some heel on the sole would be nice. And I might use slight lifts. If you look at pics closely, it looks like they might have used them in the movie, too.

Its really pain to create the muscle tone as the movie , unless we sculpted and create the muscle suit as they did on the movie , but that will be very expensive of the process and only can make for individual . So i will still go for full silver suit . For wearer that which muscular build will sure looks great and the most important is , the silver shinny effect when catch lights ... U need to get a shoe of your size and shape that u prefer .... when u send me measurements , i will also need u to measure your foot length , u need to measure with shoes on , than i will sew the boots with extra space and u can easily insert your casual or aqua shoe in the boots than glue up the soles as your choice .

Working on the Cape and show u how to attach the Cape on Shoulder .
I used Velcro and this just temporary glue it on to show the result , will sew the Velcro inside the cape and make a small straps with Velcro on the shoulder .
So , im planning to make a small clips , its similar like the belt or tie clips , and attach on the both side of the cape so we can push or hide the clips into the small space of the shoulder armor , just like in pics . And of course , will make the both side narrower to fit in the armor space perfectly ....

Please add me to the list if there's room! Is there no chance at all of having the boots printed with grey instead of red? I'm sure it's been covered, but what's the reasoning for bringing everything so close to the film suit but printing those with red?
