Might it help to create a backing for the shield to use inside the suit, and maybe strategically place some anchor holes in the material so the glue adheres extra strong to its backing in those spots? Some would bond through the fabric's weave too, I'd think...

I agree. You might want to try on a piece of fabric as backing sometimes latex needs to bond to fabric before it can bond to another.

The main reason is the silicon texture surface that difficult to bond with anything , even i cant glue on fabric ...... i used epoxy glue and shoe glue ,both can glue and hold the urethane armor pieces on , but takes longer time to cure ..... there shouldn't be problem gluing on suit for display . And will work on wearable suit , but might need to repair and glue the armor pieces every time after worn . Just like the Raimi Spiderman suit with urethane webbing .

Anyway , we are still searching for the correct glue , Mike will try on the E6000 .

Just have to look at thread counts on the cross stitch, that will help.. You can usually go by fabric's msg also.

Thanks Leslee. Gonna order my ninja shoes for the boot bottom and those other shoes for the inserts. I hope someone resolves this glue situation so we can all rest easier.

Just received my suit today. WOW! WOW! THIS SUIT IS INCREDIBLE. Guys it is worth the wait and the price even the armour is amazing. Leslee you might want to refigure the lower boot area, I was unable to get my shoes to fit in the material, and poped a seam do to trying. Will try and post pics later this week.

Had the same problem and also popped both foot "arches". Think it might have more to do with the "downsizing" done to the measurements to try and get everything else snug. It clearly worked on areas like thighs, but the feet got reduced too much.

Kindly get back to me if u have any fitting issue and I will try my best to solve it for u. For the boots issue, like Chris mentioned, my tailor may scale the size wrong cause of the different material stretch. Pls contact me with size and pics and I may a pair of new boots and send it your way for replacement.

Thank you for wanting to solve the issues we are having lee. Yes I am needing bottom boot replacement material in order to be able to slide my shoe in. The other major problem is I am unable to get the suit to rest properly on my shoulders, Currently it is 3-4 inches from my neck which is quite a gap. Other then those two problems the suit is Just Amazing! Hope I can get the other two problems solved. Will send you some pics later so you can see if anything can be done, as well as measurements for the feet.

Thanks for making a great video review , it really helps alot of viewing the problem on your suit . I will have a meeting my tailor and will see how to fix your suit . By the way , in your video , u show the show that u planning to insert into your RED boots ... wow.. thats a very thick and big shoe u have there . If u planning to insert the shoe in your red boots , u will need to take off the whole sole , insert the shoe into the boots and glue your sole at the bottom of the Red boots ..... can u test and let me know ?
