Making replica grenades, need to make stencils

I'm making simple cast resin US military grenades and I want to get stencils on them.

I have access to a laser cutter.

I was thinking cutting out the stencils on cardstock?

I don't want to do the decal transfer route.

Any other ideas? I've heard of people making rubber stamps as well.

I think I want to hold out on acid etching brass sheets right now?

Thanks

Chris

Mind uncertain this may be of assistance but have you considered silk screening the required graphics directly on your castings or some suitable medium you can adhere such onto ?

Nice idea, it's pretty small text so I would have to buy a higher thread screen than the one I have.

I've got a BOATLOAD of US spoons & pins I just don't need.

Spoon is blue for 'dummy.'

Send me a PM or email if you want to take some of these off my hands for a real INEXPENSIVE price.

Over 100 of these sets is WAY too much for my needs.

Regards,
Mike
