Has anyone had any luck identifying the straps on the knee brace?

The white one looks like a tie-down strap for a boat canopy/ "Bimini" top.

The leather straps look like "ranger" style belts, but are too short...

So so sorry if this has already been hashed/rehashed but I was getting some screenshots and saw this lock on the back of the muzzle and found one here that is accurate enough for my own purposes.

Pictures of my WIP costume from Sheffield Film & Comic Con. Accurate holster is inbound, weathering, knee brace and improving the shoulder pad are the current big jobs, got two changes to make on the vest and then need to make an accurate knife. Does anyone have exact measurements for the knife? I want to put one together with some MDF.

That's a nice jacket. I'm working on my own and was wondering how much space you put between the double stitches and how close the stitches are to the fold?

Got my vest in two days ago. I got a Mil-Tec and it'll do fine once I fix it up. Pretty stressed about getting that done before Dragon Con, but we'll see! Thanks for the reference pics, guys, and I'll keep you posted. Oh, and to whoever pointed out the search the thread feature? I had honestly never noticed it over there. *facepalm* Most helpful.

Can't find a compare of the condor and 5.11 pistol mags. What are the main differences beside the elastic? I already have a condor, will it work?

Pudge, If you are refering to the shoulders ones, the 5.11 is the screen used model. It has an small rear buckle and strap, drain hole, etc.

Got my vest the other day. Had to work until now. First modifications have resulted in this:

It's a start. Need to get my pouches, mags, knife, etc, but I'm happy with this so far, as I'm only an hour or so in and didn't pay real money for this (bought it with credit card points on Amazon - score!). I haven't decided if I'm going to remove the corner pouch on the right and replace it with a MOLLE pouch, as I know I should, just for time (need it for Dragon Con in, what 14 days?!) but so far so good. Thoughts?

Just wanted to say thanks for this thread and a huge thanks to comicguy, who's been helping me behind the scenes.

I've collected about 90% of my Post-Bullet Farmer Suit at this point. I'll share some photos when it's all put together but for now I wanted to share my Leg Brace build as I haven't seen too many of these yet.

Great leg brace! I'm wondering if anyone has finished the leg rig and what you had to do to finish it. How does it all fit together? I had to settle for a black grenade pouch I'm painting coyote although I only paid 4$. I've noticed the condor panel has two straps but I've seen pics showing one in FR. Is one cut? Hidden? And does the FR costume have a belt this attaches to? Any help is greatly appreciated!

He definitely is wearing a black leather belt, I don't know what kind of buckle it has, I'm gonna go with a seat belt for mine. You see it a few times when the back of his shirt comes up, the easiest time that comes to mind is when he's hanging over the back of the truck with the bolt cutters.

If you are referring to the Condor leg panel, the straps are removable.

Considering everything else is accurate to the old movies, the black belt he's wearing is a 1 3/4" wide leather belt with a normal buckle and a vintage style taper.
The MM1 cosplayers usually use a Garrison belt
