Hi everybody, could someone tell me the movie in which the character of the attached photo appears,

I just did some Googling and though I found plenty of images of Red Skull in SS uniforms I couldn't find one in the Summer Whites.

Because I wanted to check the collar tabs, which look quite wrong with that cosplayer, and I wanted to see if the character appears like that.

(The collar tabs range from a rectangle to a parallelogram, always fitting the shape of the collar of the particular jacket they're worn on.)
