Thanks guys. Yeh, this is a relatively easy build. Not a lot of tiny detail to deal with. And if it didn't need to break down, it would have been even easier
 
Well, the best I can do is show this image. Often, I have to figure out things as I'm working, and therefore there will be no part drawn out beforehand. This part was cut from 3 layers 3/8" thick sintra. They were taped together then cut to the overall shape on a scroll saw. I then pulled them apart and cut just the outer layers, leaving the inner piece to act as the pivot point. On the other side, I did the opposite, so the inner pieces would inset into each other. Then, I glued the layers together, fit the hinge part together and drilled a hole through both for a wooden dowel pin. Hope this helps
