Will the emitter be shaped more like the V2, with the thinner step up to the lip (I don't think that's the right word?) of the emitter, or will it be more bulky/fatter like the Hero prop? Apart from that, looking good so far!

I'd love to see if you ever decided on even or uneven rings!

And if you did the center groove in the emitter neck?

Those were finished about 2 weeks ago. However, I didn't check to see if they were actually tapped... maybe they didn't tap them. I'll check tomorrow.

BUT then there's no way to hold in the blade plugs.

Suppose those of us that just want a static display could just epoxy the blade plug in. I'd be interested in an untapped too

Before I use epoxy in a static I would just use a single dab of e6000. That way it will break free if u change your mind in the future.

The anodized will be gloss or Matt\satin?
i would go for the Matt/satin one. The original sabers are not glossy.
And can you post any pictures of the control box design? I would want to see how will it look.
