I finally will have some time this weekend to get Andy's beads on.
I will use the reference pics to get them placed in the same order as the original beads :

Nice job! Things are looking spot on. You said you are using Seahunter hands but what FEET are you using?

The feet are Chuck's (Ruffkintoy).
They are pretty thick and actually work well with the way I have laid them out.

The pics we had available of the head on display, with the lighting, some were flash and some no flash. So I sort of went not 100% straight one color or whatnot, due to thinking the beads from Winston Studios during the filming would look a bit different than a headpiece years later on display, so took some "creative liberties" through that....and the fact we couldn't see the back side of his head, so made up some random ones to throw back there. So what I'm saying is match what you can, and on the rest it's up to you what you want positioned where. ;)

Andy - no worries, bud!
Started working on it tonight and initial thoughts are they look GREAT.
Will get pics up soon...

Got the beads on - thanks, again, Andy!
I think they look great.

Realized that I was still missing the quills and got those on as well.

Still left to do :
  • Get prop P2 spear wired
  • Cut and add reindeer fur to shoulder and belt
  • Finalize leather on forearms
  • Netting
Just a few more things to get done with my take on an accurate Snake Lost Hunter...

This i s absolutely awesome. VERY VERY nice costume. I was wondering the other day how my Boar cod piece came out. It really goes a long way when people o the extra mile and take their time. There is always something to be said about 'doing it once and doing it right'.

BAD ASS! This got me inspired now...

Gene -
Good to see you online!!

Your codpiece turned out better than I could have hoped for :

I actually think my next build will be a boar or brother boar. They would be built around the bios I got from you :

Yes, Andy, almost there!

It has taken a while, for various reasons, but couldn't have been done with the input, talent and friendship of many on the Lair : you, Joe (ta2pro), Lee, MeanGene, Gene (seahunter), Chuck and others.

Dude your suit looks ******* amazing! Paint job on the suit is incredible also... Once amazing piece!

Thanks, Lee.

Your mask inspired this build!
It is displayed with 2 others that I only deem worthy of display vs wearing : your P2 and P1.
I am constantly how detailed they are.

Looking to do do a boar after this; may need to hit you up for a P2 with P1 colors.
And also see if you are willing to do the rest of the suit.... :D

Getting close to the finish line!
Had to go with a different fur piece as my first one got damaged.

This is a reindeer hide I will be using to get the shoulder and belt pieces from :
