The bird feeder domes are no longer being made to the same measurements. Many R2-builders have used them in the past, but the new design simply looks like crap. Depends on what you want to make, and what for, but figured I'd let you know the Aspects domes are not the best choice anymore, even for an R7. However, if you plan on an R2-XX droid, there is a styrene two layer dome available for around $100, that is right on the specs, and can be had laser cut for the outer layer's panels, right out of the box.
