For those that aren't into Scottish regalia, the crossbelt hardware is a standard Scottish piper's sword belt/crossbelt pattern that's been in regular production since at least the early 20th century. It's called pattern 102.
The old ones, made from c1900 to c1940, were solid German Silver. Then around the 1950s they started making them from brass which was then nickel plated. New ones are chrome.
Here are two sets I own, on the left a modern chrome-plated set, on the right a c1930 solid German Silver set.
In the old days the belt buckles were made both landscape and portrait orientation. .
Also made were matching shoe buckles, a plaid brooch, and a cap badge.
