Very nice render guabe.

After looking at the pics Halliwax posted, it looks like the silver emitter tip is very similar to the one on the new Hasbro version. I keep thinking it's a found part, like something I've seen somewhere before. At first I though it might be the top of a .22 magazine (modified of course) but after some searching, I'm pretty sure it isn't.

if you are wondering about the 2 new screws added on the emitter, they are something I had to imagine based on the actual on screen features as well as the force fx version... I believe they added those to hold the blade securely. Not sure why the force fx version has only 1

Yeah I found it odd that the ForceFX one doesnt have the 2 little nubs on the front.

This thing looks like one solid piece to me. Like maybe one of the props was molded and cast with blade attached. Not sure what the purpose would be for such a thing-- but that's what it looks like.

Hahaha i screen grabbed it from the gallery episode. I cant tell what they are but my guess is that they are grub screws to hold down the blade.
