Lightsaber Display Box WIP ( with “found parts” )

We don’t have any power where I live this morning.. running around in the yard looking for service.. now I can’t get photos to load.. can’t wait to see todays progress
 
Triin ! MAN THAT'S COOL!

This totally needs a "BREAK GLASS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY" warning written in Aurebesh around the window.

All you have to do then is grab the handle, ignite the saber, and it cuts itself out of its case! ;)

My only critique of it so far is that it's a little too brown for my liking, but it's not my case.

Maybe add a bit of grey or green or even a bit of iridescent schmutz on it to break up the brown?

GREAT WORK SO FAR! I look forward to seeing how you finish this off!

Haha yea!!! That’s a great idea with the break glass thing lol!!!!

I am adding additional color though.. the brown is just a base coat .. this is meant to be tattoine based so brown is key I think.. but there will be lighter colors and also some other bits that will break up the coloring ;) . I will be working on painting tonight.:p
