Size of my cig pack is 110mm x 75mm x 16mm & the mini Bic is 61mm x 22mm x 12mm

I’m sure the protractor stand is an acrylic table-display (L-form) just flipped over with 2 compasses attached to it. I still don’t know how the protractor is attached to it and what the disc with the red line above it is.

The “D” in Weyland was added later. Weylan is correct.

The base is an acrylic table display stand like the ones restaurants displays their offers.
Mine is 21 by 15 cm and fits a 15 cm protractor very well. I took 2 chart compasses 16 by 6 cm with black bezels.

But what is the piece that joins the two parts? A wedge?

I didn’t figure it out but I think it’s an acrylic hinge and an acrylic triangle between the two compasses to hold the protractor horizontally.
