Finally getting started on my animated clone season 4-6, and it's Commander Wolffe no less!!!

So to start what I have so far is my armor kit, ordered from Imperial Surplus (KW designs):
Hoping to make some progress this weekend, we'll see how it goes!

Got the helmet sanded down and ready to install the magnets, the helmet uses a "back out" system that. Hoping to get that done this weekend.

Just have to get the visor slot cut out as well and it'll be ready for paint

So in my gusto to get the helmet finished I may have messed up in a couple of small places, the helmet fits together, but I'm getting a bit of a seam gap from the back, it's only noticeable in a couple of spots however. Any recommendation on how to get rid of those? So far the only solutions I've come up with are to either grind down the other spots in the helmet to match the new lines. which is risky. Or to attempt to patch it in and paint it to color and hope that wherever I spot fill in holds. Or lastly run a mesh or some spare ABS strips along the inside of the seam and hope it can be covered in paint. Any recommendations?

Made a little progress on the holster boxes.

didn't take too many pictures unfortunately.

After cutting out the profile out I cut a few scraps of the ABS that were included to create a lip I could use to attach and line up the to halves.
For glue what I did was take a few scraps of ABS plastic (scraps left over from trimming) and dissolved them in acetone. This creates a kind of ABS sludge that makes gluing the two halves together much easier.

You can kind of see the glue seams, which will need to be sanded down, but beyond that they're ready to be attached to the metal braces that came with the kit.

*Note: I'll be sure to take pictures in a better light situation next time!

Trimmed out the leg pieces and bonded most of them together using the same ABS sludge method from before, the knees are really tight so I'll do some quick trimming to make those easier to walk in.

Bottoms need to be trimmed to match.
