Large Corrugated Styrene Sheets?

Hi Gang,

I'm hoping someone might be able to help. I am DESPERATELY trying to locate corrugated styrene sheets in 8.5x14 or 11x17 inches. I can't locate anything anywhere - Ebay, Amazon, Google, etc. They must exist someplace?

Does anybody have any ideas or point me in the right direction?

I tried those, but I can't find anything larger than 8.5 x 12 inches. I really need 11x17.

Here in the UK EMA Model Supplies sell 610mm x 304mm- 24'' x 12'' sheets.
I've never found a sheet size larger than that.

Evergreen sells 12"x24" sheets but they are actually only grooved on 1 side.

You can make your own. Law down wooden rods parallel that are the width that you need the groves to be.
Create another set of rods, same width that will go on top between the bottom rods.
if you want to get fancy you can make a frame to hold it all together.
Basically a sandwich.
The bottom rods form the "up" groves the top rods form the "Down" groves.
Lay a normal piece of Styrene on the bottom and heat it with a hot air gun.
Or make a frame to hold it and heat it in an oven.
Lay it down on the bottom rods and press down on the top with the other set.
Kind like a poor mans vacuforming with out the giant sucking sound.
